01-10-2006) make calls to their near and dear ones within the
LSA (licensed Service Area) at just 50 Paise per minute. They are offered this reduced
call charges to any two BSNL numbers (FIXED/WLL/Cellular) within their LSA out which one
should be a BSNL landline number |
- The call charges for the two selected numbers under this scheme will be Rs.0.50 per
minute with 60 seconds pulse.
- No additional fixed charges are levied for this facility
- The numbers once selected cannot be changed for a period of six months

| Further, new 'Excel Anant' customers would get additional FREE talk time worth Rs.100
with their new SIM. The total FREE talk time for new Excel Anant customers would the
Rs.199( existing Rs.99 + Rs.100 additional FREE talk time) |
Clarifications :
- The life time validity implies that there will be no subsequent processing fees on any
of the recharges and customers will be at liberty to recharge with any of the available recharge coupons and such recharge will provide
full talk time i.e. face value of the card (exclusive of taxes)
and each such recharge will extend the validity period by next 180 days.
- In case recharge is done by a recharge coupon having
a validity period of more than 180 days, the Excel Anant validity shall get extended with
effect from the date of recharge as per the recharge coupon and full talk time, i.e.
face value of the card (exclusive of taxes), shall be provided.
- Customers may also recharge using the existing top up cards of
any denomination and such recharge shall also extend the validity period by 180
days from the date of recharge.
- In case the Excel Anant pre-paid service is not recharged before expiry of validity
period, it shall stand deactivated automatically on expiry of validity period.
Customers should therefore recharge with any of the available recharge / top up cards
before expiry of the validity period.
The validity period shall be 180 days if validity period of the recharge coupon is
less than 180 days.
The validity period will be validity period of the recharge coupon if the validity period
of the recharge coupon is 180 days or more.
The validity period shall be 180 days if the recharge is done using any of the top up
cards.
- Migration from Excel Prepaid to Excel Anant is being contemplated and for the
purpose of migration a special voucher of Rs. 699/- exclusive of taxes ( sale value
Rs.770/-) is being introduced. On migration the validity period will be 180 days from the
date of migration or the existing validity of the existing pre-paid whichever is later.
The balance talk-time from the existing pre-paid will be transferred to Excel Anant. The
subscriber is required to re-charge his mobile account by “Excel Anant migration
Voucher”. The following USSD Code is hereby allotted for such re-charge needed for
migration:

Whenever, the validity cannot be extended to 180 days upon migration using the special
voucher, while migrating to service of Class Excel Anant, any existing top up voucher can
be used for adding credit balance and for extending the validity.
