     It has been decided to extend the waiver of Installation charges on new bookings under Landline/WLL including PCO and activation charge under Postpaid Mobile from 14th Jan 2010 and the waiver will be available upto 28th February 2010. 

1        Landline/WLL – (Rural) below 500 line capacity    - Rs 300

2        Landline/WLL – (Urban) above 500 lines capacity - Rs 500

3        Mobile Postpaid                                                     - Rs 100

                    The offer of waiver of installation charge for broadband new booking is now extended further and will be valid      upto 28th February 2010.  The Security Deposit for Broadband ( as applicable for the opted plan ) and Modem Security Deposit( in case Modem is taken on hire basis from BSNL ) shall also be taken in three equal monthly instalments starting from the firsl bill as conveyed in the corporate office letter referred above and will be applicable from 1st January 2010 to  28th February 2010 for all the new Broadband connections booked during the promotional period.

The installation charges collected if any for the booking from 14th Jan 2010 in the previous bill  may be adjusted in the next bill in case of landline/WLL. In case of mobile postpaid, the activation charge collected upfront from 14th Jan 2010 may be adjusted in the forthcoming bill. The activation waiver will also be applicable both under 2G/3G and also for data cads under mobile services.
