| Chennai Telephones has always been in the forefront in providing the very best of Customer Care. In an effort to enhance customer satisfaction and infuse fresh air into customer relations, BSNL, Chennai Telephones is pleased to introduce the ' Single Window' system at the following Customer Service Centres. These centres shall handle all types of service requests from all customers of Chennai Telephones[ excluding Chengalpattu area (landline numbers starting with '27')] .In a nutshell, customers may place a service request at any of these centres, irrespective of the area in which his telephone number falls. The Customer Relations Officer (CRO) of the Area Office Customer Service Centres have been empowered to take spot decisions on most of the customer requests hitherto requiring approval from higher authorities. CROs are also empowered to order immediate reconnection of disconnected telephones, based on proof of payment. |
