On the occasion of Hindi Fortnight 2022, 3 Hindi competitions were organized for the
staff on 19.09.2022, 20.09.2022 & 21.09.2022 – Hindi Dictation in 2 centres and Hindi
Singing in 1 centre. Hindi dictation and copywriting competitions were organized for
the wards of the staff, from standards 1 to 10, on 17.09.2022. The Valedictory function
of the Hindi Fortnight 2022 was celebrated on 19.10.2022. Dr A.Venkateswara Rao,
AGM (Hindi), FCI was invited as a Chief Guest to the function. Smt K.T.Amirthavalli,
SHT read out the message from the Hon’ble Home Minister on the occasion of Hindi
day. The 26 edition of “Chennai Vani” House magazine was released as an e-Patrika
th
by the CGM. Prizes were distributed to the winners of the various Hindi competitions
which included Children.

Hindi library books and pen drives were purchased for the financial year 2022-23 for

Rs.10,000/-.
